At Element Empathy we have faith in our customers & encourage honesty in every part of our process. If you believe you've received a faulty item please reach out, where we'll be able to agree on the best outcome.
Our exchange policy is 14 days from the date of when received your order. Treat all items with respect, they may not be right for you, but will be for someone else. Please keep in mind when exchange any items sent back that don't meet our standards, will run the risk of being denied.
Offering exchange for wrong sizes, contact via website or instagram. Please baring in mind that all items are made to order & the exchange may take a few weeks depending on the demand.
We recommend you track your exchanges when sending back as we hold no responsibility for "lost parcels."
